2-stage interview process, lasting for 3 weeks in total. HR inquired about my availability, then a couple of days later had a screening call with them. Second-stage interview with the hiring manager the following week, then was ghosted. Had to insist several times for HR to finally provide feedback. Said feedback came constructively enough - aspects of interview with hiring manager went positively, others negatively. However, the negative ones were unfounded, and came across as pretexts for rejection. If the vibe doesn't flow, that's absolutely fair enough - but lying in the feedback is the worst move you can pull. I was asked by HR about my salary expectations, I pushed back asking what the budget was. I mentioned that same budget when hiring manager asked same question, then was later told my expectations were above budget. Clearly dodged a bullet there.
