Tell me about a time where you gave good customer service
They start off with a general phone interview.
Phone screens are usually:
- 20–45 minutes
- mostly behavioral/personality based
- checking professionalism and communication
Once they are satisfied with the initial phone interview, they will extend an offer for a in person interview or zoom call.
