El proceso de selección fue rápido y ágil. 1. Llamada telefónica con RRHH, acá lo llaman "People". 2. Entrevista virtual con People. La entrevistadora fue muy amable y resolvió todas mis dudas acerca del puesto. Me preguntó sobre mi experiencia básicamente. 3. Entrevista virtual con Manager de ventas y BDM. Fue ameno y muy productivo. Hablé de mi experiencia, conocimiento del sector y tuve que probar mi nivel de inglés. A la semana me llamaron que me habían seleccionado. El proceso de incorporación suele demorar mucho.

Interview over the phone with the Manager, followed by a small writing assignment task, followed by in person interview. Unfortunately didn't hear back anything at all after the in-person interview, although it seemed like it was going well. Strangely enough 2 separate departments from the same company contacted me for a similar position but neither of these departments replied after the interviews. Not sure if they are too busy or it reflects on company's culture.
