Interview
They just ask you basic questions about building maintenance. They will ask you a list of 10 questions to see what you know and then check off on a list. If you pass they will move you on. Very simple process just the reference part is hard.
Phone call and then in person interview which last between 30mins to an hour. I receive an call in about a week. A few technical questions but wasn't to bad
it was 3 interview rounds (recruiting team screen call interview - chief engineer (on person (you have to be prepared)- regional manager(Microsoft team platform)
Al of them at least 30min
Applied online for a mobile technician position. Phone call from recruiter stating they had a different opportunity for me. Phone call 30 minutes later from hiring director. Group interview via zoom. Offered position over the phone as I was out of state at the time.
