Pre-interview with HR team before going in for an in person interview with the department managers. Three person interview team with basic interview questions, not too difficult, lots of questions on how I deal with cusotomers.

Interview
The interview process asked mostly about how you handle difficult situations. They want to know that you can handle angry customer complaints. There is 3 interviews for this job, which is ridiculous for something that only pays $20-$22 , comprised of dealing with complaints and walking around the neighborhood and is considered entry level. The recruiter was nice but temporary community manager was very condescending.

What is your experience with compliance enforcement?
I spoke over the phone with a hiring manager, submitted a portfolio, took a writing competency test, then about a week later, met onsite with a few people on zoom, took a behavioral exam, then 2 weeks later, had a final zoom meeting.
