There are 4 rounds of interview and takes 3 months to propose an offer. The interview is ignited by a consulting firm through telephonic. Then the HR from CDM Smith did the second round through telphonic after 1 week. After 2 weeks HR callled me for F-F interview. The 3rd round F-F ends on 6th week. Then HR asked to have a discussion with local managers who is heading the project. Finally HR called and offer the letter after 10th week. They fixed a pay scale, and there is bno room for negotiation.
