Process began with an initial Phone Screening. followed by Zoom interviews with senior consultants from different practices. Firm requires a personality test which identifies one’s “type”. Results not shared with interviewer. The test can be easily gamed so value questionable. Surprised firm would not know that.

Very basic questions about problems encountered in the past, how one prepares for a project and how one becomes comfortable within new organizations. I had expected far more depth.
Initial intake call, then a phone interview, then a day of about 4 consecutive interviews. Most were 1 on 1 interviews but there was one group interview with current analysts.
Basic interview questions. Personality based questions focused on how you would respond to certain scenarios (mainly how you organize and manage projects). There were three interviews, all asking similar questions. Did not receive any pointed questions regarding specific expertise.
