There was an initial teams meeting introduction call followed by an on-site interview. The on-site interview started very rocky as one of the hiring managers came in with a very controversial political cup, followed by a discussion amongst all managers, riddled with Vietnamese stereotyping. Stayed for the entire interview, but I already knew this would not be a good working environment so I declined.
