CK Music interview questions

I haven’t worked here, but my experience with the interview was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of appreciating my versatility and adaptability in handling various roles, the interviewer unfairly criticized my work history, implying that my positions didn’t last a year. What they failed to understand is that my current company operates multiple businesses and in a fast-paced environment, which requires employees like me to step up and manage different tasks across departments. It’s not about job instability—it’s about adaptability and problem-solving in a constantly evolving landscape. The way the interviewer handled this conversation was dismissive and condescending, showing a lack of understanding about how dynamic businesses operate.
