After applying, I had a digital one-way interview with a few generic questions. Depending on the job posting, some questions may be in French, and they expect you to answer in French.
- 1. Why CN 2. Why your major 3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years 4. What are your 3 traits

Recruitment process was a bit long with many interviews/meetings. There was nothing too challenging about the interviews, standard questions were asked about situations and your experience level. Involved a number of discussions with internal HR, leaders and clients.
- How have you handled a difficult leader who was resistant to change?
Accenture Strategy CN - I am at consultant level currently. I have been staffed on a strategy project with Australia team. They have a Sr manager and an Analyst on the team, they go to client locations and prepare decks. However, for me, the analyst would get on calls and give me tasks. Basically, I am taking Anlayst’s instructions. I am assuming it could be because I am forced into the team from CN for chargeabilty and they don’t really need me. Has anybody faced a similar situation?Accenture @
Same situation for our consulting firms too. counterparts from the local geography are running as leads because of their proximity to the clients

Hey! I just got an offer for L8 role in Accenture CN. I have 8 years of experience in the Life Sciences Domain, and they hired me because of the niche market skill. I haven’t accepted the offer yet. I work for a Big4 as a Tech Consultant and gave the interview as I wanted to shift gears to strategy. Can anyone tell me the pros/cons of joining CN? Is the work really back end related and there is not much scope of learning? Hearing not so good reviews of the CN WLB and the kind of work that comes.
How much is offered to you?

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CN (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2023
The interview process was very smooth. The recruiter was very approachable, polite and supportive. The hiring manager was very kind, made me feel comfortable and the strange thing was that it felt like a nice interaction than an interview. I also gave the second round with a senior HR leader of the organization, the overall interview experience was something which will always attract me to this company. Everyone is so respectful, understanding and has a candid chat about all the expectations. It was a great experience interviewing with CN
- Mostly about the role and prior experiences, handling difficult stakeholders, managing multiple priorities

The interview process was a bit weird but overall fine. The main reason this was bad was that they never contacted me afterward to say I didn't get it even after I emailed.
