CPLC Education Center interview questions

Interview process was disjointed, as it was a panel interview. Some of the interviewers understood the process, others did not, or disregarded the explained process. I was told by the lead that there were set questions that were being asked of everyone, and that each panelist would ask a question. Some of the panelists asks the set questions, others ask their own questions, but not the set question. That resulted in one of the Human Resources representatives to have to ask the questions left out. Also, two of the panelists could not stay the entire time, so they left after about 30 minutes, even though they clearly told me this interview would last an hour.
