Very long application and tough interview process. The role was much easier than the interview process eluded too. Did that role before and still want not successful. A lot of people left due to this and the restructure

Much more challenging than the role itself. Very isolating team and role was monotonous. Not very demanding 3 people could do one job. But the insights were interesting so I would say 4 out of 10
