I went through the interview process for a Senior HR Business Partner role at Camascope, and I have to say, it was a really positive experience from start to finish.
The process took about three weeks and included three stages: an initial video chat with the CFO (who was also the hiring manager), a second interview with the CEO, and then a final in-person meeting with both of them.
What really stood out to me was how welcoming and genuine everyone was. They created a space where I could just be myself, no pressure, no pretence. The whole process was thoughtful, professional, and human, which says a lot about the culture they’re building.
I walked away feeling really seen and respected and with a great impression of the company and the people behind it.
