Skills are checked based on case studies.

Question 1
Multiple case studies, e.g.
1. Tell me what to consider in designing a device to paint walls, combining a continuous paint supply to an applicator (not necessarily a roller, could be anything)
2. Drug delivery device, using a cartridge with multiple needles. Design considerations, how to test, how to interpret test results.

Interview
They mostly use case studies based on old projects, to gauge your engineering skills and creativity. Certainly pays to read through the older case studies on their website. Couple of interviews with the partners, and of course HR.
