Interview with two senior members of staff, followed by a reference checking, abstract writing and proofreading task. The interview was fairly relaxed and the questions were mostly based off my experience and CV.

Brief phonemail interview, lasted around 30minutes, they explained to me about the company to start and made me feel very comfortable. Found out very quickly after whether I was successful or not. Overall relaxed environment. They also mentioned what would be the next steps if I got selected.
