I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cameron (Houston, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
Typically Interview process of 1 or 2 rounds depending on how far you make it in the process. First round was with my direct manager and my director. After that I interviewed with who would be fellow employees for them to ask me questions and for me to ask them. All in all it was a good way to get a feel for the employees but not so much the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The age old question of " what do you want to be when you're older." Which is a very tough question to answer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cameron (Bakersfield, CA)
Interview
A recruiter found me. I interviewed on site at the Bakersfield office. I took a tour of the facilities and then interviewed with the operations manager and an hr manager. We went through the resume and asked some questions regarding my oilfield and design engineering experience. I had a feeling the ops manager was going to give an offer on the spot but the hr manager stopped him. Very easy and laid back, probably because technically, the local office I interviewed at was just folded into the Cameron family and had not fully absorbed the hiring practices of a large corporation.
