Job security is good. Work culture is average. No prompt decision from management level. Vendors payment
are delayed despite even after credit period crossed. Company policies are not being followed properly.
Dislikes
If we have some issues like timely vendor payments or seek any directions, no timely reply from management. Reports are being asked whereas the data is already held with management. So we can not check on ground progress and struggles in data collection from branches. This should be minimise. I had worked with cms as regional fleet manager.
Work Details
The job was very struggling and stressful. Regional and branches staff were very cooperative and helpful. I will always miss them. God bless them!
Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
Work related travel: This job involves travel within country.
