I applied for the job online, and within three days, I received an email inviting me to choose a date and time for a phone screen interview. If the phone screen interviewed passed, will require the 2nd interview.

The interview questions focused solely on my job experiences, and I was instructed to answer only with 'yes' or 'no.' I didn't even have the opportunity to introduce myself, despite having prepared for the interview for three days.
