During the interview process, I completed two rounds: the first conducted by the consultant and the second by the Global HR Head. Overall, I had a positive experience, with both rounds offering valuable insights into the role and the company culture. The discussions were engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to share my background and learn more about how my skills might align with the team’s objectives. However, one area that could enhance the candidate experience would be providing timely feedback after each round.
