Cap was my dream company but I got matched with a poor interviewer. He only been working there 2 months and was clear he was not accurately noting my answers. He probably noted down half of my answers making it look I gave poor answers. There was around 17 questions and I gave 80% exceptional well structured answers using STAR that aligned with values and skill required. These were strength based and I gave a great example for all (maybe 1 or 2 I didn't give a great answer to) The feedback I got was lack of structure and suggested I learn about the star technique. I literally said to the interviewer 'so the situation was..' 'the task was...' and he still didn't pick that up! He could have been more freindly and I suggest he has more training at interviewing candidates. I read on Glassdoor that one guy he got feedback that was untrue and cap just used any excuse just for the sake of feedback.
