Capgemini Invent User Experience Director interview questions

The first interview was on the phone with a knowledgable, qualified peer. Second face 2 face interview was unfortunately with a sales consultant completely ignorant of the role or the skills required. Interviewer was not qualified to interview for my role and asked only about how I would 'sell'. I tried to steer it to my UX skills & experience, after explaining I had grown the UX offering at 2 agencies with little problem, but that wasn't what she wanted to hear. I have since realised they hoped I would bring a particular client with me from my current agency. There is no way I would (or could) ever try to pinch a client.
