Apply and then 2 weeks later you get a call. You come in and talk to the manager(s). Then you do a drug screening. They'll let you know if you got hired.
they told the requirements and seen that i meet all their qualification so they walked methrough the building and told me i get a call for me next step bof my enterview.

Interview
Interview process was fair. They take you in a tour of the production floor during the interview. Things that most companies would do. If its a night shift, they have you interview during a night shift, kinda weird but it should have been a heads up for me.
Asking about experience and if you are willing to train to operate machinery, very simple and sweet. Don’t be discouraged or afraid it’s an easy hiring process. Good luck to everyone
