I found the job on craigs list. Had a phone interview with Manager which lasted about 1/r hour. The manager flew down to where I lived and we went to lunch and talked about the position. Later that week I was flown to meet with the Director, Had lunch and talked about the position and my skill set. That lasted about an hour. A week later I was offered the position.
