Virtual interviews lasting about 45 min. Had a phone screening followed by a series of individual sessions. Interviewed with about six different people. The HR representative responded very fast, though not much information was provided about final decision.
There are 3 stages to the interviewst. 1st with hr recruitment to understand on job scope and suitability, 2nd with hiring manager to better understand each other, 3rd with division vice president to know what is the leadership like.

The process took nearly 3 months. Extremely slow with no feedback and long periods in between stages. The process consisted of a recruiter interview, hiring manager and panel. After investing months of time in this process, I received a generic rejection email that did not acknowledge the time invested or various interviews. Very poor candidate experience.

Describe a time where you worked on a project with you used personalization? What was the result?
It was streamlined and relative to the job description. The interviewer stayed on track and asked questions in line with the role. There were two interviewers, one a c-suite level executive/director, and the other the lead project manager.
