The interview process was organized and the interviewers were friendly and professional. Started with a phone screening followed by a video interview. There's at least one more video interview after that one. The video interview was mostly behavioral type questions, with some personality type questions near the end. They also asked for a writing sample to be provided around a week later. Overall, neutral experience. Everything was pleasant, but I wish it were more conversational and open. Felt like she was just reading off a script. This wasn't expected, but it also would've been nice to receive feedback on the writing samples that I put so much work into.
