I sent my CV through the main site, 1 week after a American recruiter contact me and I did the first step remotely. The recruiter didn't open the webcam, I answered several questions. After one more week the second step was with the Brazilian Manager, but I didn't know it will be with a Brazilian person, thankfully it was because I speak Portuguese. The second step with the Brazilian Manager, he asked just 1 question! He didn't even want to know more about other backgrounds, I guess he wanted to promote someone inside the company instead of giving the candidates attention! I felt a truly disrespect. I am waiting for the answer. If it came I will edit this comment, if it is the same it is because they didn't contact me until now.
