Care Agency Media interview questions

Was asked to come in for an interview at short notice, taking time out of my current job. Went through the interview process, which was fine enough- if not rehashing my first interview quite often. I then received a copy-pasted response sent through indeed, with no feedback or personality or anything, which felt disrespectful to myself and I assume others who didn’t get the job.
