I applied in-person. I interviewed at CareSuper (Melbourne) in May 2025
Interview
Attended an in-person interview for the Insurance Claims Administrator role. The panel was friendly, and we spoke about empathy, member care, and doing the right thing all values the organization claims to uphold.
I was told I’d hear back early the next week. It’s now been five weeks. No call. No email. Even after a polite follow-up, nothing.
If communication, respect, and integrity are core values, it’s disappointing not to see them reflected in the candidate experience. I’m not upset I didn’t get the role I’m disappointed that basic courtesy wasn’t shown after investing time and effort into the process.

Interview
Online interview with 3 people: hiring manager, HR Lead, and Strategy person. Felt quite casual but the interview was structured. At first I felt intimidated being interviewed by 3 people but they were all really friendly.
