asked to prepare a full presentation for how i’d manage the first three months which felt like free work. friendly at first but didn’t like my answer to why i want to work for a charity which was that i take pride in being able to do something good instead of solely maximising private profit
2 stages, one digital. One in person. Nice staff, especially during the digital stage. Enjoyed getting to know them! Asked competency questions in round 1, more personality questions in round 2.
