Interview process took several weeks and began with recorded video responses as part of the application. This was followed by two virtual interviews and a final in-person interview (~2 hours) with the founder. After the final round, I received a generic rejection email. While disappointing, I reached out to request feedback given the time invested throughout the process. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Clear communication was emphasized as a core value during the interview process, so the lack of follow-up stood out. Based on my experience and similar feedback from others, candidates should be aware that the process can require a significant time commitment without detailed feedback afterward.
