Went through the process via college placements. There were supposed to be 3 rounds - 1) Interview with recruiter, 2) Presentation, & 3) Interview with a senior HR/consultant. Interview and presentation went alright, however, they fumbled with a lot of students at the 3rd round stating we will be shortlisted for the 3rd round but the senior HR/consultant was sick/travelling/not sure what to do/we may directly make you start working, n number of excuses. Sometime later, all of a sudden, many of us received rejection emails. We requested to know on what grounds we were rejected, but the company offered no closure. Apparently, the "company policy" states that they don't do so. For a consulting, HR and employer branding firm like this one, that is a very funny statement to make. Another point to be noted is that this company seems to care so much about employer branding and consultancy, but they don't encourage employees to post company reviews. I don't see a single Glassdoor review for this company, and reviews on other sites are very limited. The whole process and the lack of reviews ended up making the company seem rather fishy and non-transparent. I started wondering if this was a legit company or a cooked up one.
