Center of Workforce Innovations interview questions

The hiring process was extremely long in my opinion. I don't remember if there was an initial phone interview, but the interview process had 3 steps. A group interview, a panel interview, and ended with an interview with the CEO. The group project had to be done a certain way, they measured the way in which you worked with the team to come to a conclusion - The answers themselves were irrelevant. We could not come to a consensus based on the majority but had to have 100% agreement. Afterwards I had determined that applicants (who were reapplying for their jobs) who didn't follow the rules ended up getting rehired.
