I applied online. I interviewed at Champs Executives (Houston, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
I live out of state, and the company insisted I come into their Houston office for the interview. The interview itself was easy, but the job is a pyramid scheme. After talking about myself and my skills, the interviewer proceeded to tell me about the job. None of what he described to me was the job I actually applied for. I was to be a part of a "management training program" with EcoLife Water, where I would start as a Junior Executive for 2-4 weeks, then work my way up for a Corporate Trainer for 6-8 months, then be an Assistant Manager for 1-3 months, and then be a Managing Director, where I would then (I assume) open my own EcoLife Water firm and teach the people I hire through the same process.
