I first talked to the HR about the role that would suit me. He helped me find the right role based on my qualifications. A few days later, got to be interviewed by the manager of the team. Got an offer around 5 working days later.

First you have to submit your CV to there HR department, you will then be telephone by a member fo staff who will conduct a tlephone interview with you. they say if you are succesful you will then be invited to a face to face interview with a member of staff in one of there highstreet offices.
