One on one phone call with hiring manager. Formal Face to Face meeting with hiring manager Met with department heads and CEO. After the round of phone, skype, and face to face interviews I was presented with a DISC test to ensure my personality matched with what the hiring manager was looking for. After I received my scores form the DISC test I was offered the position. Not sure how much they put into the DISC score but it is nice to ensure you're at least on the right path to fit. How many more works do I need in this thing before I can submit. 50 words is a long minimum when you're direct with your thoughts.
