Interview
Over coffee in Palo Alto we met and talked about the position. I was semi interested and not sure if I really wanted the job. But after being with the company 18 years I realize it was a good decision.
The questions are primarily behavioral, with a little emphasis on technical skills if you’re entering for a higher up role. They have a list of questions by category (teamwork, handling conflict, etc.) that they will ask from.

Background check, drug screening, phone call with global HR asking basic questions and 45 minute interview with a 3 person panel of interviewers where 4-5 questions were asked. Whole process took a couple months.

Numerous rounds , very technical , had to fly to training centre for numerous interviews and also extensive medicals. They ask for a lot of life experience and company fit questions
