I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chevron (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview was relatively easy and did not involve any technical questions. Essentially a discussion on your previous work history and behavioral questions. The company had sufficient faith in your abilities given your GPA or the caliber of your university to skip it all together. There is a tendency to move around the company once you are in, so it makes expertise in one field unnecessary.
Was very easy, used the STAAR behavioral. Make sure to study basic DSA questions but as a CS Junior nothing harder than LC easy was asked. Did 40 minutes of behavioral and was given about 20-30 mins for technical portion.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chevron (Lagos)

A competitive assessment like the GRE (graduate record examination) -> A Phone Call with an HR personnel -> In-person Interview -> Medicals (must be void of alc*hol and w**d) -> offer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chevron (Makati City) in May 2022
Interview
Initial phone interview and then if you pass, a final interview with a technical team consisting of your experience, situational, and technical questions. Overall, it was okay, the team was kind and understanding.
