It started with a brief recruiter phone screen, then a Skype interview with a lead BCBA who oversees both Chicago and Savannah. They then wanted to do an in-person interview, but scheduled it about 3 weeks in advance, and were not sympathetic to the fact that I was at the end of my interview process and had some offers I needed to respond to. Nonetheless, I went for the working interview, which seemed to go great! She showed me around the clinic and responded very positively to my responses to her questions. She said she would get back to me by the end of the week and I heard nothing, so that following Monday morning, I emailed her to follow-up, express my continued excitement about the position, and thank her again for the interview and her time. I did not get a response until that Friday saying they had decided to go in a different direction. Weeks ago, I politely asked for some constructive criticism for future interviews, thank her for my time again, and wish her and the company the best and got no response whatsoever...
