Applied online, about three weeks later received a call asking to set up an in-person interview. Very briefly met with one of the physicians in the practice, watched the tech scan a patient and was asked to demonstrate my own scanning ability (very very briefly), then sat down with the office manager for the formal interview. Never heard back after, not even a notice that they chose to continue with another applicant.
