Heard back quite quickly from them (think under 1 week) after applying. Have scheduled a Zoom interview first with Head of Design/Development and had a nice chat about the role and my past experiences. After that I was assigned with 3 interview projects with 1 major project where you had to showcase the whole research, design, and development process for an 8-outfit RTW collection. The deadline was within 2 weeks. After sbumitting the projects, I've got some positive feedback from them, but told that they needed to move on with another candidate as the job responsiblities have shifted from design to development a bit. Overall it was a decent experience and good practice for personal growth as a designer.
