I sent the resume on line and I was contacted by the owner to have a phone interview. I got only one round of interviews. It was very straightforward and easy process.

Interview
This was a three part process:
1) Initial interview with the Ops Manager
2) Interview the CEO
3) Personality and IQ test. The test included math, English, and history questions. Good luck.
