The management team is highly unprofessional. While some amateurism might be expected given their age and lack of experience, the level they exhibited was unacceptable. The interview meetings lacked basic seriousness, and the managers did not hesitate to use foul language during the discussions. Furthermore, they have absolutely no knowledge of standard job offer procedures. They are unaware that an offer should be presented in writing and must include comprehensive details such as the official job title, compensation, full breakdown of fringe benefits, and insurance packages. They approached the offer stage with the assumption that I would accept immediately, without providing any validity period or time to consider the proposal. When I attempted to keep the process professional and set boundaries, they took it personally. Ultimately, it became very clear that this is a highly toxic management team.
