I was asked numerous questions about problem-solving, heavy workload, and why I picked this industry and this company and as well as project management skills. There was three different interviewees.
After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.

2 phone screening calls then an in person 3 interview super day at the Mclean office. In person days are over a 2 month period and they help you with travel and other logistics.

So far I have had an initial screening call and that was pretty low stakes. Just the recruiter telling me about the role and the career progression. Next would be a video interview followed by an in-person interview.
