ClayCo. interview questions

This place is run by a bunch of over worked newbies and nobody knows what they are doing. I was approached through a third party hiring agency. Interview process was disorganized and uncomfortable. I was abruptly handed on-the-spot assignment as soon as I entered, and was given an outdated, barely functioning laptop. The office space was extremely overcrowded, poorly ventilated, and unhygienic and chaotic which made it difficult to focus. Expectations around the role were unclear and shifted mid-interview, I was asked social media questions even though I had applied for a design specific role. Overall, the experience was a mess, reflected lack of structure, poor planning.

The interview process was good. 1st round was on call 2nd round was in office. Both the rounds were almost salary expectations was asked in the 1st round itself and in the 2nd round salary was finalised
