2. In person interview with VP of Finance in Manhattan
3. Silence for one month and then an email rejection
Very unprofessional especially when one is made to travel into the city for an in person interview.

Experience walkthrough
Multiple theoretical scenarios such as “what would you do if” and “describe a situation in the past where.”
Not great, felt like I was being judged by interviewer, trying to ask questions that felt irrelevant to job, more about my personality. Seemed like I was getting judged more about the type of person I am outside of work and lifestyle rather than my work ethics/work experience

Interview
I interviewed via Zoom for the Clean Market Sales Specialist position. The interviewer was very kind, warm, and welcoming. She just asked me about my skills and experience -- that was the only question. (And I of course asked questions after.) The whole interview was like 20 minutes long in total. I followed up twice after and never heard back unfortunately, although she seemed pleased with me and my experience. (I don't take it personally, though.)
