Very thorough and intense. Not only do they ask questions to assess our knowledge of digital marketing, they look to find out about who you are as a person. Culture is such a big thing there and there is a big family vibe and so there is a very comprehensive approach to interviewing. Expect a lot of questions that will require out of the box thinking and somewhat unorthodox responses. Before I was hired I had to write in a case study response and then did a Skype interview with the HR/Talent Officer there after which I had a first interview with key staff and then final interview with the MD and GM. It is a very fun process and they appreciate it if you read up on the content they publish to their blog and watch all the fun stuff they post on YouTube.
