Interview
I had an initial screening call to check that I was a good fit and that we were aligned for role/pay etc. There was then a two stage interview process, the first being very factual to learn about my skills and experience and my vision of what I could bring to a growing company. The second stage involved a task where I presented how I would address a particular scenario and answered questions. Other people from the team were invited. All interaction was on-line via a Teams video call as the company is remote. Everybody I met was very personable and gave an honest appraisal about the stage of growth Climate Bonds is in and how that would impact my experience in the role. It was a two way process and I came away very excited about the opportunity. The interview and following communication was very swift, no hanging around like with experiences I'd had from other companies. They knew precisely what they were looking for and were skilled at appraising my ability and fit.

Competency based interviews relevant to my role. Open questions asking me to describe my vision and my way of doing things. Two way process with lots of opportunity for me to ask plenty of questions and explore the organisation before joining. Invitation from other team members to join the process to meet the team. Task involved a presentation to answer certain questions but the freedom to add your own flare.

Interview
Two rounds of video interviews, first with senior members of the team and second with the head of the region. There was also a short written assessment in between sent by HR. No update provided and all requests to follow up were ignored by HR.
