The process was - Intro call, decision and working culture call, technical pairing interview, final interview. This was then followed with an offer letter that was delivered quickly which to me highlighted how fast the company moved.

3 Stages to the interview process, outside of the recruiter screening.
1st Stage was behaviourial/technical based on CV, so tell us about a time that you delivered a difficult project, how would you do things differently etc. How do you deal with project ambiguity etc.
2nd Stage - Pair Programming - Full Stack Repo, get data from back end application and display it on the front end. Fairly straight forward
3rd Stage - Culture fit interview with CEO and People
All in all very good interview process, culture shone throughout and feels like a fantastic company to work for.

Question 1
For the behavourial technical, it was based on CV so be prepared for examples about challenging projects etc. How you deal with challenging situations, describing projects which required out of the box thinking etc.
