Question 1
If asked about a feature we don't have, how would you respond to a customer.
Phone screen with recruiter, then there would have been several more rounds of interview. I did not make it past the first round, but it is a small company and didn't seem too tough.

Interview
- Call with CTO - Take home assignment - Take home review with CTO + 3 team members Another reviewer's experience really resonates with mine, which I would say was neutral to negative. Process was somewhat disorganized. I was surprised to be talking directly to the CTO during my first call. I completed a take-home assignment, which I thought was reasonable and relevant to the work. During the take-home review, one team member was quite nice and participated in the conversation, discussing my solution and answering all of my questions. I had built something very close to what they had in house and he expressed he was looking forward to talking again. Another interviewer had the opposite reaction, asking me questions like why I chose to automate something instead of running it manually, like that was unreasonable in building a stable system. I did not enjoy the mixed messages or the fact that I had to follow up with the CTO for a response after the interview.
