They took a telephonic interview. After few hours called me and told me I am selected. Then they said you will have to pay Rs3000 to get job offers and interviews. I used to get all medical coding and marketing positions where I wasn't even qualified when I wanted to work in the lab. They conned me by saying they have all research positions. I was a fresher then.
